Delete your account

How to request deletion
In the mobile app, open Account and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, send the request from the email address attached to your SavePosts account. Use the account deletion email link below or the support form and write “account deletion” in your message.

What gets deleted
We delete your SavePosts account profile, saved posts, categories, collections, account-owned planning content, mobile and extension sessions, feedback votes, feedback submissions, and the planning-file and feedback-image attachments owned by your account. Content owned by another user is not deleted merely because you created or edited it as their collaborator.
What may be retained
Billing-provider records, fraud-prevention and security logs, support correspondence, aggregated analytics, backups, and records required for legal, tax, security, or dispute obligations may be retained only for the period required for those purposes.
Timing
We verify ownership before deleting an account and normally process deletion requests within 30 days.
