Delete your account

Effective date: May 15, 2026

How to request deletion

In the mobile app, open Account and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, send the request from the email address attached to your SavePosts account. Use the account deletion email link below or the support form and write “account deletion” in your message.

What gets deleted

We delete your SavePosts account profile, saved posts, categories, collections, notes, mobile sessions, extension sessions, and account-specific product analytics identifiers where technically possible.

What may be retained

Billing records, fraud-prevention logs, support correspondence, aggregated analytics, and records required for legal, tax, security, or dispute obligations may be retained only for the period required for those purposes.

Timing

We verify ownership before deleting an account and normally process deletion requests within 30 days.
