Refund Policy
Effective date: May 4, 2026
1. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Dodo Payments. You can manage plan changes and cancellation in the billing portal.
2. Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts. We may issue discretionary refunds for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or platform outages.
3. Cancellation
When cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and then transitions to Free limits.
4. Requesting support
For billing assistance, contact support@mail.saveposts.xyz and include your account email and transaction details.
