Refund Policy
Effective date: June 11, 2026
1. Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Web plans are processed through Dodo Payments, while Android purchases may be processed through Google Play. Manage the subscription through the billing provider used for the purchase.
2. Refunds
Unless required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts. We may issue discretionary refunds for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or platform outages. Purchases billed by Google Play are also subject to Google Play's refund rules and request process.
3. Cancellation
When cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of the paid period and then transitions to Free limits.

For billing assistance, contact support@mail.saveposts.xyz and include your account email and transaction details.
