1. Agreement

By accessing or using SavePosts, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SavePosts helps users save, categorize, and retrieve links from social platforms. Features and pricing tiers may evolve over time.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and comply with applicable laws.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Web plans are billed by Dodo Payments, and Android plans may be billed by Google Play. Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and displayed currency follow the terms and controls shown by the applicable billing provider.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, bypass limits, automate harmful behavior, probe for vulnerabilities, or use SavePosts for unlawful activity.

6. Fair-use controls

To protect service quality, we may enforce rate limits, duplicate collapsing, temporary cooldowns, and other anti-abuse controls even on paid plans.

7. Intellectual property

SavePosts software, branding, and related assets are owned by SavePosts. You retain rights in your submitted content and links.

8. Feedback submissions

You must have the right to submit feedback text and screenshots. You grant SavePosts permission to reproduce, display, categorize, and use submitted feedback to operate the public feedback board and improve the service. Submissions may be removed or marked declined when abusive, duplicate, irrelevant, unlawful, or unsafe. Do not submit secrets, private personal data, or unlawful content.

9. Disclaimers and liability

SavePosts is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavePosts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
